KHBbS A Tale of Epicness : The Vanitas Remnant

The following is based on true events that literally occured the same day as this is being posted.

 

So my friend at school has Birth by Sleep on his PSP. He has beaten all 3 stories, the Last Episode, and is currently struggling against the Vanitas Remnant, in hopes that he will be able to challenge the Mysterious Figure (the main reason he got the game).

 

This is his first KH game, and he is pretty good at it, but he asked me to take his PSP and help level his character up (using Ven), since I have a lot of experience with KH.

 

For the record, I do not own a PSP, nor have I played BBS prior to this. So I had an unfamiliar platform, a game I haven't played, and a friend who wants me to help him beat one of the two superbosses of the game, on Critical Mode.

 

Naturally, I said yes.

 

So I took it home, and before I began to level up, I decided to give the Vanitas Remnant a shot.

 

He slaughtered me so bad, it wasn't even funny.

 

However, instead of leveling up, I chose to continue fighting. Don't ask why, I just did.

 

Half hour later, the Vanitas Remnant was dead.

 

I contacted my friend to inform him of this. His mind was blown, and he asked me not to save the game, as he wanted to do it himself. I agreed, and am now working to level up his character.

 

However, before reloading the game, I decided to give the Mysterious Figure a shot, since I probably wouldn't get another chance for a while.

 

It wasn't a pleasent experience.

For anyone who needs help read this. If you want to beat Vanitas Sentiment with Ven this is what you have to do:

Use these commands:

Mine Square

Tornado(Magnera & Aereoga)

Mine Square

Tornado

Mega, Hi, Potions

Don't use cure because VLS will copy you and heal himself. Use potions instead. Just do Mine Sqaure and if VLS falls in it cast Tornado and it will do a lot of damage.

Im still trying to beat him. Im using Aqua and keep spaming Seeker Mine and i got as far as 1/8th of his health left.

Vanitas lingering Spirit? Too easy guys really. With Aqua I just kept on spamming like 6 Seeker Mines and killed that thing.

In the journal it's listed as "Vanitas Remnant". And I just used Tornando with Ven twice (on Proud).
