Keyblader 325 Posted March 14, 2011 Well, glad to see that everyone is so nice and friendly here Some parts of Riku's story were easy enough so long as you mastered the Card Dual and knew how to use your deck wisely. What frustrated me is that in Wonderland the Heartless plants (can't remember the name) had cards you couldn't break normally (I don't really remember if you had Zero's or not), and I wasn't going to waist sleights on them so... Compared to the original game, the final boss was much easier in the remake since I could never correctly double tap the arrow pad on the GBA. Also, the area set (I'm talking about the size of the battle map) up and Card Dual ability helped as well.
Final Hearts 69 12 Posted March 28, 2011 I mainly had trouble on Sora's story more...that's becuase i was getting use to the fighting style. however, i was able to breeze right through it. i had gotten stuck on Zexion...mainly becuase i was reluctant on continuing the fight...once i got passed him the game was a cinch. i was able to master the card duel in Sora's story so Riku's story was very easy for me. My brother hated me once i had finished Sora's story back to back of each other.

Obi-wan 411 Posted September 13, 2011 I beat at lvl 16-18 and I went through in a snap but I did that with sora to and in kh2. How do I do that?
heartless101 83 Posted September 14, 2011 Well, really, its not only easier it takes less time because you don't have to customize your deck. It's also easier because Riku's mode is a cakewalk compared to Riku's mode because Riku has more strength.
Demyx Xymed 28 Posted October 13, 2011 eh, i only ever got to riku's mode on gba, and the gba version of the game was easier than the ps2 version.
Snow 1,800 Posted October 15, 2011 Not only that, it's short and I lost interest fast.
riku1123 11 Posted October 15, 2011 i think that his story line was pretty bare bones, I think they should have showed what he did in each world that he visited, and had to try to undo his mistakes of the past
deathnight55 26 Posted October 18, 2011 The Marluxia battle was easy. I mean I beat on my fith try but it still felt pretty easy. Oh yeah and the only boss's that beat me was Vexen, Captain Hook and Repliku and they only beat me 5 times at the most. Oh and I was in Proud mode. I beat Marluxia on my first try on proud. Riku replica is the one I have most trouble with. Is dark aura attack destorys you if you don't stop it. I felt has though the Riku replica was the hardest boss in the game. DragonMaster 1,166 Posted October 18, 2011 Yeah, Riku's story was pretty easy, though I did have to try a few times on some of his bosses, especially Ansem. But I struggled on Sora's story on Beginner Mode. T_T Well, until I made a deck dedicated to using Sonic Blade as much as humanly possible.
Kelvy 60 Posted October 22, 2011 Parts of Riku mode were extremely annoying and hard for me... ;_; I found Sora's mode to be extremely though, once you get used to the card system of course.
Razorwind Keyblade 304 Posted October 24, 2011 Woah, didn't think I'd see this topic again.
Snow 1,800 Posted October 25, 2011 The fight with Repliku was epic, though.
TheHeartsDepths 13 Posted December 26, 2011 Riku went through 1O worlds I think, and who's Marly? ~You don't know mar-mar!?~
Razorwind Keyblade 304 Posted December 26, 2011 ~You don't know mar-mar!?~ You know you're replying to a post from a year ago right?
Shazzam 142 Posted March 1, 2012 Yeah, Riku's such a beast he can breeze through an entire game mode dedicated to him with ease. I made it my mission to open every room and fight every heartless in each world, just for the added challenge. But then I ended up with a high level, slaying machine Riku, who took down bosses in two reloads of his deck.
Obi-wan 411 Posted March 1, 2012 At the end I had so much damn trouble with Re:CoM because I just couldn't beat Ansem. He's probably the most annoying boss so far in the storylines. The most annoying boss out of the story lines is the Mysterious Figure who kept beating the crap and everything out of me.
Nikolasvanitas 358 Posted March 1, 2012 yeah riku in reverse rebirth is really strong ,you can defeat anyone just by using duel mode, though i think that in the original chain of memories riku didnt have the duel mode so fights were a little harder
Arya Stark 1,337 Posted March 1, 2012 I feel it was Boss Battle mode... I had fun with it though... I didn't come across duel mode very often and when I did it was against things like shadows... I liked how you got to use all those enemy cards freely and didn't have to customize my deck
XIIISwords 1,059 Posted March 2, 2012 Here's what I got out of the game. "SUBMIT!"
kh Memories Skyskraper 321 Posted June 3, 2012 i thought that the ps2 chain of memories was too annoying and hard so i skipped to the one for gameboy. i got it secondhand and the game was beaten for sora and riku i started a new game and beat rikus file in about one week. his file is toooooo easy
Sora96 17,256 Posted June 3, 2012 Re:Chain of Memories is a North American exclusive so I can't really comment. But Chain of Memories was easy.
NightfallXIII 68 Posted June 3, 2012 Riku's Reverse/Rebirth is way easier for me. I died like, 50 times in Sora's story, and only 3 or 4 in Riku's.
