ok guys,i know this sounds like ridiculous,but what if that xion was also ventus`s replica instead of sora`s replica and the reason i said that because when xigbar fighting xion,he will see ventus when fighting with xion,and also,maybe xemnas want to create xion to know where ventus is in castle oblivion because she is ventus replica.what do u think?

Maybe a failed version of Ventus. I originally thought this theory was dead wrong but Xion is a failed clone of Roxas and Roxas did have Ventus's heart so it does make some sense. However, Xion looks like whoever the person who sees her has the closest connection to like Sora and those directly connected with him.

No, Xion isn't a replica of Ventus, and like Slicer said, she appears as someone connected to Sora that the person viewing her remembers, aside from Roxas (Who sees her as a black haired Kingdom Hearts 1 version of Kairi, her true form) and Saix (Who sees her as a puppet, but the visual description for that would be her hooded form).

 

But in a response to Slicer, Xion is not a failed clone of Roxas, she is a replica of Sora made from information Xemnas collected from Sora when the two encountered and fought in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. The higher members of the Organization who were in on the Replica program planned to at some point place her near Roxas so that she could duplicate his ability to wield the Keyblade. While near him, she also started absorbing memories Sora had that were being released due to Namine's work in Castle Oblivion, and begun to take on the look of Sora's strongest memory, Kairi. While there may be a plot based explanation to why her hair is black, whoever designed Xion said that her hair was black because the person just wanted it that way (I can't remember the exact details.). Xion was still at a point where she was in progress, and not quite what the Organization expected from her, but they still planned to work with what they had. The original plan was to use her to drain Roxas of his power and to create a clone of Sora so that they could continue the quest for Kingdom Hearts, but if Roxas won then they would just use him.

Xion is a replica of Roxas, with Sora's memories. That's why people see her differently. Some see her as Sora, some see her as herself, which is a black-haired Kairi, most see her as a faceless puppet. Xigbar see's her as Ven, because he knows Ven from when he was Braig, and Ven's heart was in Sora, and was in Roxas at the time of her creation.

You kinda have that the other way around. Xion is somewhat a replica of Roxas. But she is mainly a failed replica of Sora. The reason she looks like Kairi is because of the fact that Xemnas used Sora's strongest memories. Which, in this case, is memories of Kairi. And I agree, she did have Sora's memories mostly because she was always around Roxas. But she also obtained memories from Sora as well along with having some of Riku's memories.

Xion is a replica of Roxas created from the leaked memories of Sora.

 

She looks like Kairi, cuz she has Sora's memories of Kairi.

 

Her purpose, I believe, was a backup...Roxas and Xion was supposed absorb the other...and...im tired and cant remember the other stuff at the moment...but most of the stuff u guys are saying are right...

When did Xemnas said he saw Ven in Xion?

 

It is in one of the secret reports you get from receiving at least one challenge sigil on a set of missions.

 

He doesn't say it directly during the report, but it is implied that he either sees her as Ventus or Sora, but my bet is that he sees her as Ventus.
