Every night,

I have dreams of you,

Where I bathe in your light,

And I don't feel so blue.

These stars that shine above me,

Make me think of your eyes,

Which are my hearts' key,

And don't look at other guys.

This rain that pours down on my head,

So clean and forgiving,

Made me think of what you said,

About me doing your saving.

This shining sun above,

Makes me want to kiss you,

But you're like a dove,

And I don't know where you're going to.

This mist that envelops all,

So mysterious and thick,

Makes me think of when we curl into a ball,

When nothing can makes us "tick".

This sky that embraces the dove,

So light and protecting,

Is but the start of our love,

All new and refreshing.
