i really dont understand what's the big deal with that change, im not 100 with viper yet but it just turned a target debuff into a self buff, isnt it just a qol change ?

viper buffs no longer matter and they could remove them know

because it wouldn't make a difference

same for the debuff

debuff forced combo management

now viper is just melee summoner

if a viper doesn't do best dps now I immediately kick them
