I think that Sora and Riku will have the same Keyblades, one for every new world they visit. Just like in BBS. It would save on confusion and jealousy over characters that have different Keyblades. And one I came up with...Dunkelheit und Licht

I don't think we'll be changing keyblades for the MoM part of the game. And after the MoM part, I don't see Riku being playable anymore. So imo Riku will only ever have way to dawn as his only keyblade.
