well actually

the only thing I see with a modified time is the BG image

however it shows it was modified october 2023

everything else doesnt show anything except the current time

so that means this link has existed since october 2023, because the redirect link was modified november 2023*

way off on them July guesses

and confirming the authenticity of pre-reg link using the JP version for fun. it did open on May 23rd exactly.
