the winning scene just takes place after the crystal

cause if sora was a crystalized it would explain his "sleeping" for 7days

A interesting parallel I noticed was Sora getting froze up looked like a more flashy version of what was happening to Xion at the end of 358 Days

Only difference being that Sora was encased in the ice/crystal while Xion “dissolves” so to speak.
