tbh I can definitely see a scenario where Disney realized Nomura was trying to put Versus 13 content in it and forced him to change it. Again. Except it was Disney this time instead of Square Enix

Yes yes but what i meant is that they took over control developing Pixar worlds like frozen and monster inc and big hero 6. The only Pixar world I'm not sure bout is toy story

So in a sense they did actually create kh3 with square enix technically. I remember Roy conli (?) Were saying he and the Pixar folks were working on the worlds with nomura and his team and learning from them and controlled the story stuff

They only gave notes and help give information and design ideas to Square

Yeah they're really only a producer of the series- they the final say on a couple things every now and then, but for the most part, Nomura has a mostly free range

saw a comment on an article that was talking about how kh4 needs to bring back final fantasy stuff. the commenter said that instead of characters like clive, ardyn, and emet-selch, they should focus on older ff games and bring characters like zidane/kuja or cecil/golbez, "characters people actually want"
now i'm not against the idea of any kind of ff rep in future games, but like... does this guy think there aren't simps and fangirls out there for people like clive and emet-selch?? hell, a few of them are in this very server 😂

I think more than popularity, having some kind of relation to the kh world/story is more important, cecil is very interesting

The characters I wouldn't mind seeing are Freya, Quina (he funny), Cait Sith, Red XIII, Zell, Rinoa, Lightning, Snow, Serah (13-2 version specifically) and Noctis. I haven't played FF16 yet so that's why there's no representation from that one

I made a fanfiction a super ass long time ago where I had Cait Sith in it and it wasn't a robot. It was a sentient talking cat. So like Morgana I guess. Except without the Persona and everyone can hear it talk. Don't ask... it was... during a time in my past that's for sure... lol
