NeoLimitForm 31 Posted February 7, 2022 For what it's worth, I think this was a great way to bring the Kingdom Hearts games to the Nintendo Switch. It's just not worth buying at the full priced tag for something that could be hit or miss depending on your connectivity. I'd definitely play them if they came in some sort of Nintendo Switch oriented streaming service like PS Now, and with the direction Nintendo is headed in I believe that's what they'll end up doing. With the switch only halfway through it's lifecycle the best way to bring those higher quality games to it would be through cloud gaming. 4GB of ram feelsbadman lol

Kingdom Hearts 3, Control, and RE7 have all been ported over in a cost efficient way to the developers and gives the users the opportunity for switch users to play titles that otherwise wouldn't run optimally. The SWOLED comes with an Ethernet port on the console now as well, which can be foreshadowing for more cloud based gaming. And with the switch only being halfway through it's lifecycle, if they want those newer titles that's most likely the route they're going to have to go in for third parties. Granted I don't think Nintendo even needs the third party titles, they can thrive off all their own IPs just fine. But to deliver more games I think that route would be a better budget options for developers considering the limitations of the console.
