Pandora333 48 Posted December 17, 2010 Has any KH character really die? Not banishing or being transported to another realm (ej. Ansem/Diz)

khforever999 3 Posted December 17, 2010 dont you get it (i think when people vanish lets call that a soft death) (when people die in a brutal death stabbed or decappitated that would be a hard death) nobody in kh is ever going to expieriance a hard death , disney wouldnt allow it , it would ruin there jolly reputation

Death in the sense that we're currently discussing is death where you never return, regardless of how it happens whether it's "soft" or "hard." Ursula was stabbed, Clayton was hanged, Frollo fell into magma, Maleficent was also stabbed, Gaston fell to his death, Scar was eaten alive, Shan Yu exploded, etc. Disney has no "jolly reputation." :
Tails 6,690 Posted December 17, 2010 There are no "Deaths" in KH I believe.
Godot 513 Posted December 17, 2010 Pretty sure it's been said over and over again that Nomura confirmed that there was no concept of death in KH.
Mowrt620 14 Posted December 17, 2010 Well what about Organization XIII? 'Flips through notes' If they get "banished" then where to? I figured they just died... And some of the Disney villains die, like Clayton.

Chronomagister 152 Posted December 17, 2010 Pretty sure it's been said over and over again that Nomura confirmed that there was no concept of death in KH. if there isn't then what happens to Cinderella's stepmother and stepsisters?
Reversal 53 Posted December 17, 2010 Saying this again: Riku Replica. The only original KH character to die and not be given another chance at life. Makes me sad I'm the only one who remembers ;.; if there isn't then what happens to Cinderella's stepmother and stepsisters? They just blew away in a comical manner No really. Aqua and Cinderella are watching them fly off after the explosion. They most likely survived.
keystrike 145 Posted December 17, 2010 Sorry, but does it really have to be said that there is no concept of death in the kh universe does not need to be applied to disney. It was meant for the kh characters to basically say maybe to any character's possible return among other things. Disney characters are going to die and possibly return regardless of Nomura saying there is no concept of death, it is called disney magic (although one could say that this manifests itself in Nomura's no concept of death). As for the stepsisters case who knows, but it will not effect who the mysterious figure is. Anyways this post is quite off of the original topic, so back on topic: Reversal was right. Repliku being a clone in the second game of the series and all, it kind of makes sense.
yoyorastio 0 Posted December 17, 2010 If someone dissappears and does not come back, can't we just say that their dead?
