no, the deal was just leaked during Spring

Tobey and Andrew are either gonna be marketed in the second trailer or saved for the film, thats the rumor
since apparently Marvel and Sony are butting heads on wether to market them or not

old leak has been brought back since it was accurate for the Teaser that was in August, the leak came out in July
