It has been pretty common for both MCU and Star Wars films to release two days earlier in Europe in the past 5 years or so. So if you haven't been spoiled previously by secret endings, you should be fine now as well.

I guess it depends on whether you follow a lot of Europeans or not.

Personally, I think if they're in the film at all, there's no way they won't show them in a trailer. They're supposed to be promotional after all.

And then there's also the theory that all the leaks are orchestrated by Sony to build hype. That wouldn't be a new strategy for any film publisher.

It is tinfoil, but not unheard of. And it would explain why the leaks seem to be so high quality.
