Revival.

Sophie took a deep breath to steady herself, and, holding her breath, turned to study her wings. Tentatively, she fluttered her wings, half surprised when they actually obeyed her. "I wonder if they work," She breathed.

Sophie was small for her age, so she guessed they may work, but regardless, she was afraid to try. Hesitating for just a moment, she started hiking in the direction the man had pulled her. "Am I dead?" She mumbled quietly to herself. "Is this all that's left?" She shook her head slightly to herself. "What-what kind of an afterlife is this?"

After a while, her hometown of Georgetown came into view. She scowled towards the cruise ship that'd brought the man in the business suit. She started to walk up to a woman manning a shop, hoping she'd be able to provide some help, but she passed right through the counter. "Ah.." She backed up a step in horror. The woman didn't even notice her. "H-Hello?" She tried, but the woman still didn't seem to notice her.

Azura got up and looked through the gabinets to find a world wide map.She went to the table and stretched it out.She looked around and sighs."So many places in the entire world and yet I'm still here. When will I get the valor to leave home and find others who are like me?"Azura asks. She keeps looking at the map and then closed it.She putted it away and sat on the sofa and started to watch the news.

All these damn streets looked the same.

It was true, Will thought- there really was no place like London. He wasn't thinking of any of the glitz and glamour of the place; he'd never known any of it, of course. But the streets, no matter how grimy or grungy, always had a kind of unique energy to them.

He shook his head, willing himself to stop thinking of London. Of England at all. He'd put it all behind him, right? Scratching his freckled nose with a frown as he tried to push his thoughts aside, he forgot to watch his feet and stumbled over them with a hushed curse. He very nearly toppled right over, thanks to being unable to catch himself on the passers-by, since he just went through them.

Sometimes being dead could really suck.

At least he'd had direction before he ended up by himself.

Echo woke up in some white space, she had no clue where she was. Or what happened to her, she now had wings.

" W-where am I?" she said to herself, her body was shaking when she stood up. "A-all I remember was . . ." that. HIM. IT. Now that she remembered, where was she . . .? She looked around to see if anybody was there. No one was.

"Hello?!?!?!" she yelled, she was desperate and alone.

Sophie sighed in resignation. "This.. sucks," She murmered, feeling tears spring to her eyes. Fighting them off, she turned, briskly walking straight--literally--through the crowd. No one seemed to feel or see her. Sophie shuddered--what now?

Someone brushed behind her--someone that was substantial. Someone who seemed to realize she existed. Sophie's jaw dropped, and she spun. "H-Hello!?" She stammered. It was a girl, about sixteen or seventeen, who waved faintly.

"You're the newbie?" She asked sweetly. Sophie seemed to have forgotten where her lips were. It didn't seem to matter, because the girl continued. "Perfect! I thought it'd be a lot harder to find you. Small island, but this place is packed with tourists. Of course," She grinned. "You're the only one with wings."

Unintentionally, Sophie fluttered her wings, biting her lip. She nodded her acknowledgement. "Y-Yeah. What do you m-mean, 'newbie'?"

"Newly dead, of course!" The girl laughed, seeming slightly surprised that it wasn't obvious. "I'm supposed to be your guide. I can show you the base, and you can be with us."

"Us?" She barely whispered.

"We're called the Sunbreakers."

Jakob awoke. He was in a hut. He looked outside. It was London.

"What!?"he yelled," Was that Skylight stuff a dream???"

He looked to his back to find white wings.

"Oh....yeah."he said.

He shrunk his wings and waved his hands. Suddenly, he became a short, pouty man with a mustache and a tux. and black formal pants. He had a fedora on his head and had a bitter taste in his mouth. This man was smoking. He grabbed a shot gun from his pocket and shot in the air. He spit the cigarette out of his mouth and crushed it onto the hard gravel.

"Time to play," he said, "Real hard!"

Echo looked up, no one here. Why was she alone? Why did he kill her? All she wanted to do was to be away from him. Now, she is, but she's dead. Is this heaven or hell? I deserve to be in hell. I watched Mary die. All I could do is cry. I should have been there and protected her, my blond-hair twin. Instead, I got there too late and he was laughing over your body. I was weak and cried, all your blood on my clothes. . . I am . . . so sorry.

Echo stood up and looked around, wiping the tears in her eyes she began too walk around in this unknown.

Jakob ran through the empty streets. Sweats was dripping down his bald forehead, while smoke came out of his mouth. His gun was out of bullets, while he ran from a local mob.

"Time to change." He said.

His wings spurted out of his back. His skin turned pure white. He flew up, making a shock wave hit the ground.

"FREEDOOM!!! WOOOHOOO!!!" he yelled. His hair swept back to his eyes.

"LONG LIVE JAKOB!!!" he yelled. He landed on top of a mountain. Then he saw it.

Let's start drawing everyone together, as they head to either the Sunbreaker or Skylight bases. They fly to them, btw.

Sophie froze. "S-Sunbreakers? That sounds.. well, terrible.." She bit her lip, waiting for reproachment.

To her surprise, the girl just laughed. "Silly! It's just a name. It doesn't mean a thing, of course." She smiled. A little slow, Sophie realized this girl, too, had wings. While her own were a silky and pure white, this girl's were black with downward-facing red triangles that looked sort of like fangs. "Come on," She insisted after a moment, reaching towards Sophie.

"Hang on," Sophie took a step away. "I don't this is right." She meant for the words to sound bold, but by the amused look on the girl's face, they hadn't come out that way. The girl rolled her eyes exaggeratedly.

"Nothing is right anymore. Hadn't you noticed? You're in Hell now." Sophie's jaw dropped.

She spun, and started running. "No I'm not! Get away from me!"

Jakob went into a white flash. He appeared in a terrible place. It was Hell. A guard was...well...guarding.

"He-ello?" Jakob asked.

"What are you,"he asked,"Skylight of course."

"Where am I"

"In Hell of course."

Jakob's heart dropped. His wings went inside his body, making him an inch taller.

"That ain't gonna help you." he said.

"Oh yeah," Jakob remarked, "Watch this!"

He waved his hand and instantly he was the guard, while the real one was in shock.

"Oh yeah!" he laughed.

The guard grabbed a machine gun and started shooting.

"You may wanna stop now! This makes me...stronger..."Jakob said. He felt his energy draining. Then, his eyes closed.

Hunter wasn't sure what it was. Natural instinct or maybe some supernatural force. He had wings and he was ready to believe anything really.

He just started going north. He didn't know why, but he did. He wasn't even sure where he was heading, but north was the right direction. He was sure of it.

Wind whipped Hunter's face and he was sure, as he flew lower and lower, he felt specks of dust and dirt hit his face. Not that he was very clean to begin with.

Lower and lower, it took Hunter to realize he was subconsciously going to land. His body and wings were making decisions without consulting his mind.

He slowed, the wind calming down, and no longer being able to see the expansion of magnificent buldings and ect., but instead landing in a place far off, and nowhere close to his home.

How long had he been flying? Hours? Days? He didn't know. Nothing looked familiar. Nothing felt familiar. But he felt he was supposed to be here.

And then he saw it. The inconspicuous base like building he had been led to or intended to go to.

Although he didn't know it yet, this was the Skylight base.

Sophie knew the girl was sprinting after her, and gaining quickly. A scream built in her throat, before she realized it was pointless. No one would hear her, and no one could help her. Whether they were just for show or actually worked, Sophie was counting on the snow-colored wings on her back. With a leap, Sophie was off the ground.

She expected to feel her sneakers thump against the pavement, but instead, wind whooshed beneath her feet. Sophie'sjaw dropped in awe. Yes, she was fleeing, but when you had wings, and were soaring over a crystal-clear ocean.. "Oh, wow," She whispered.

Kicking as if expecting it to help, Sophie propelled herself forward. Her fear and excitement pushed her fast enough to outfly the girl. A smile spread across Sophie's face. "Oh, mom. I wish you could've tried this. Flying's so oddly.. natural." Eventually, though, the thrill started to wear off. Her throat burned with thirst, stomach growled with hunger, and her wings ached with strain.

"Am I in the middle of nowhere? I'm dead--how can I be so.. so exhausted?" Slowly, Sophie lost altitude, finally landing on a practically barren strip of land. All that was ahead was a base-resembling building.

Jakob woke up in a different room. He noticed his disguise was draining away. He was alone in a boring old room. It was gray all over.

"Welcom..heheheh...to Hell" grumbled a big burly man.

He had curly chest hair and a beefy torso and body. He wore a tank top, that was ripped over his bursting muscles. He wore green cameo pants, with mountain shoes. His face was big, and his chin appeared square. He had yellow eyes and a glum smile.

"TELL ME! HOW DO I GET OUT OF HERE!!??"Jakob yelled.

"You...can't...sky light." he whispered.

"I NEED TO!"

"No..."

He walked slowly, making the ground smash.

The gravel rose up and down. Jakob felt like his ears were vibrating as loud as fear.

The Man said," There is...one...way...."he said with his raspy voice.

"HOW!!!!!?????"

"That...door...."

The man pointed at the door. Then it split into two. And into four. And into six. It turned into one hundred doors.

"God damn it..." Jakob whispered under his breath.

Hunter's head whipped around when he heard something. A landing. Much softer than his. But familiar.

A girl, younger than him, and looking scared had landed, wings the color of snow on her back. Maybe she knew what was going on...

"Excuse me?" he asked, tucking his wings against his back, the weight of them outstretched feeling like too much. "Who are you?"

Someone was speaking to her.. "Momma?" She whispered faintly. Glancing up, she realized it was a boy. It took her a moment to understand him. "Huh? Oh.. My name's Sophie.." She stood carefully, the world starting to spin. "W-Where are we? I'm a little, um, disoriented and--" A little late, Sophie's jaw dropped. "Wait.. You can see me? How? No one else can.."

Echo was flying, where? No clue. What direction? No clue. She couldn't tell anything, all she could do is keep her eeys opened and think. Why was everything in her life so . . . bad? She didn't complain when she was alive. Is she alive? Or is she dead. She landed, she was so tired. She then saw in the distance, people. Wait, people? This isn't what hell was supposed to be, where she deserved to go.

"Hello?! HEY! HELP! HEY!" she screamed, she was running, waving her arms, Somebody, I need answers she thought.

Mom? Was this girl looking for her mother?

"Well, Sophie looks like you and me are in the same boat." Hunter sighed. The girl was as confused as he was. "No one can see me either."

He thought about what must be going on. The girl, Sophie must be dead as well if Hunter could see her. And she had wing, although hers were a pretty and pure white, while Hunter's were dark and maybe even sinistering looking black.

If they were angels, where they different kind of angels? Enemies? Hunter didn't think that was possible. Wouldn't he have immediately hating the frightened girl?

"Do you kno--" He was going to ask about they're wherabouts when another voice screamed, for help. A girl with dark hair ran towards them, wings with blood colored streaks on her back.

Another one to join the little group of confusion, Hunter supposed.

Echo looked up, catching her breath "D-do you know where we are? Are we dead. What's your name? I'm Echo." She sounded like a blabbering idiot, still she needed answers. There was a boy and a girl. The girl's wing her pure white while the boys were black and sinister looking, 'Am I in Hell?' she wondered.

EDIT: lol, don't read mah posts yet. xDD I didn't realize Larxene had posted, cuz I'mma slow~

The boy started to ask a question, but cut off suddenly. Sophie turned, hearing a voice, which must've been what made him pause, too. A girl with dark wings streaked towards them, waving her arms and shouting. "Help! Hey!"

"Who are you?" Sophie asked, sounding more relieved than she'd meant to. It'd never been so comforting to be acknowledged. Was there something about the place she'd ended up in that made her visible again? Or did it have something to do with the fact they all had wings? Were.. were these two dead, as well? Sophie really didn't want to consider it. "What's your name?"

The questions had been kind of pointless, though, because the girl didn't seem shy. She--Echo-- also seemed just as confused as she was.

Words came easily to her lips. She would've said anything they wanted her too. So long as they TALKED to her. "M-My name's Sophie. And I-I have no idea."

Hunter realized he'd failed to introduce himself. He'd already learned the names of the two girls, tucking the info away in his brain in case he was stuck with the two for a while.

"My name's Hunter, Hunter Seth," putting out a hand, then retracting it when he remembered it was covered with dirt.

Sophie had no clue where they were, and he doubted Echo knew either. Best way was to go inside the building. Maybe someone who could see them could answer their questions.

"Maybe someone could help us, in there?"

Echo looked at the building, "Yeah, maybe. C'mon! We all need answers. . . " Echo started to walk into the building.

Maybe, if she was dead, she could see Mary again . . . Better not get my hopes up though. . .

Sophie hesitated. "Well, maybe not. How do you know what's inside of there? What if it's--it's something BAD? We probably shouldn't just go barging in, regardless if they can see us or not.." They--Hunter and Echo--didn't seem to care too much. Maybe she was just being a worry wart for nothing. It was just in her nature.

Cautiously she began to follow them. Sophie didn't approve, but it was better than being stuck alone in the middle of nowhere, when practically no one could see, hear, or help her. It looked like a sort of base. Was this that place the girl'd been talking about? The Sunbreaker base? Or was it some military place? Either way, Sophie didn't want to know. But what choice did she have?

Echo looked back at Hunter and Sophie, what if she was right. She couldn't hurt people she didn't know. When she was alive, the people she tried to help ended up dead. She looked at them.

"If you guys want, I can go in by myself, if it is safe, I'll come back out."

Hunter had observed that Sophie couldn't be more than 14. He would understand why she was hesitant. Just minutes before she'd seemed terrified of something. And no way was he going to let Echo go in alone. Yeah, he was a little cautious. Neither of them were in the state to be alone. Maybe Hunter should use those brotherly skills he didn't have.

"I don't think there's anything to be scared of or worried about. And anyway, I'm sure I could take anyone in there. I mean, obviously no one has noticed we're out here and getting inside seems easy. They're security isn't the best from what I observed." Hunter smiled, hoping he'd reassured her. "Let's just stick together and we'll be alright."

Echo looked at him he must have had a family . . . she thought. She nodded and walked on without saying another word

Families, you can't spell it without lies. That what my family was. A lie.
