I'd prefer Kingdom Hearts as a 2D anime but one that's integrates 3D elements like the Gummi ship sections as cgi

If I had my way the kh anime would do a similar strategy to the originally planned kh series where they would reuse animation cels from the disney movies when sora travels to a world

Much like the games the anime should be a collaboration between disney and whatever Japanese studio square gets to produce the show. Where the disney characters are animated by disney and the kh original characters are animated by the studio

A kh show made by both square and disney working together is the only way the show could reach the heights it deserves imo
