I mean if this was a movie then yeah go for CG

But this is a show that has decent (at best) CG

They were very shy on Luffy, the main character, using his powers to the point that Zoro had so many better fights in live action

This is a main character being CG'd like this which means he's gonna get cut a lot and not be shown

Especially in a world like One Piece where things just gets even more ridiculous as time goes on

I would love to be proven wrong but going in this direction is a mistake
