Platinum #16: The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles (PS4). Well... I finished it. Honestly... this might just be the best Ace Attorney game I've ever* played. Or... at minimum... the best one since SoJ (though that might be personal bias since I love Apollo). I just don't have anything negative to say about it. The ride didn't stop after GAA2 Case 3. I just loved *all of it. Can't say anything else really. Effect on my final list? Unlikely... but god damn Ace Attorney needs to be more like these games with pacing and just... everything really.

My next games are Sonic Colors Ultimate and Life is Strange True Colors... so... yeah this should explain nickname change

While there have been amazing games this year, there wasn't really much for me here

Q1 of 2024 is already giving me way more games that's for me

This year for me it's either the Ragnarok DLC or Humanity

I just couldn't cause of money most of the time

Oh right and how could I forget the actual best game this year, Lies Of P.

Also a ton of Dreamlight Valley

Actually I did also go back and Platinum the Jak and Daxter games and the Arkham games too, that was fun- the point is very little from this year actually lol

I really enjoyed Spider-man 2, but to be honest it's just more of the same as the previous two games

Which isn't a bad thing at all, consistency is pretty nice

But I didn't really feel like it did wow me that much either

It's trying to emulate the Remake models but doesn't go far enough for it

I think another thing is that this isn't a remake, other than the combat system and character models. The whole thing is using the original game as a skeleton and then just finetuning everything else with higher res enviroment.

Even the animations are all the same, again not counting the combat.
