The thing that confuses me is isn't Kraven like a full on villain? Like Venom is an anti-heroish so it gets a pass. idk much about Morb so can't comment there but like what villain would Kraven even fight?

Venom used to be a full-on villain iirc, and they eventually made him an antihero. Morbius has pretty much always been an antihero (or at least more "good" than "bad"). Kraven... Idk if he's actually bad or just straight up antagonistic toward Spider-Man because he wants to hunt him

So in lieu of fighting Spider-Man... Idk, probably an actual evil villain?
