My favorite thing about Tony Khan (the boss, DaZ)

He books shows right, and he gives the women a single segment every show (they have 2 belts and a roster of like 30), and he bases everything on metrics

He brings in old established people, and doesn't put newer people on TV cause they don't draw

But he DOESN'T use the TV time to build up other people.
