I got so done with AC when I heard that they killed off the main antagonist that transcends the entire timeline in a comic

Obviously the easy way out is for me to say "well that's just your opinion" but a 'good' character is someone who the audience can either relate to, or has qualities that endear them to the audience, which those characters have.

yeah there was probabIy a Iot of stuff there

hence why l think adding depth to Snow White is kind of pointIess

though i dont think they did the lion king adaption for ouat?

Okay that's completely fair, I was being a bit too harsh when I said that

oh l thought ouat was a speIIing error

what's ouat

thats why ouat's snow white is much better

once upon a time

ohhhhhh

My point was more so that their characrers are simple, giving them more isn't a bad thing if they still keep the initial characterization

yeah that was neat
man l forgot those existed

Good vs evil is something people these days feel like, we've outgrown or something? But thats just not true- those movies are able to stand the test of time because of the characters- not just the music or cause people miss 2D animation

I mean I am a Superman fan so I know what you mean in regards to that

o u c h

instead of magic it should be all live action adaptions come with a price

And Superman, imo, is best when he's kept simple. We don't always need the God and Jesus allegories, have Superman stop bank robberies and get cats out of trees, that's who he is.

That's why I said I don't like the remakes either. I was just disagreeing with Daz saying what's the point in adding more.

I hate the jesus and god stuff

I could go on a whole ass rant about that

Like if you saw the first episode of Superman and Lois, those first 10 minutes is all I want in a character like him

So we agree then, DC gets Superman wrong a lot, Disney gets their own movies wrong a lot, and DaZ is wrong about Sonic Frontiers

Awesome.

But you can add more to it, which the show did with his sons

That's more so my point to what Daz said earlier

I was being a little bit harsher than I meant to be

I also think there's nothing wrong with leaving the classics as they are- rather, take lessons from them and make future movies better.

Like Batman, we don't always have to try and emulate Tim Burton or Christopher Nolans Batman

On big screen I mean
