yeah i was just about to say lol, lots of folks got them used back then. i honestly also think a majority of people that complain about this are people that never actually played these as they came out, and only played them years later used/emulated so they forget about our don't know about the thick ass manuals games used to come with

i used to love flipping through those booklets reading about the lore and the hints they'd give

i remember at one point being too young to read some of them so I'd just look at the pictures and guess lol
