They can make good use of the older games and build a new fanbase for Jak& Daxter if they release all the games on PC and then with the earned money they could initiate a fully fledged remake for PS4(Probably not going to happen), PS5 and PC.

I liked the idea of exclusivity but I think it is going to be outdated. If they want more money they have to release the games on other platforms. At least on PC. I am also not a fan of this but this is what is probably going to happen.

If you think about it, it is actually not a bad thing. More people can enjoy the work that has been given to these games and instead of letting them forever on the Playstation 3 and people forgetting about them. Why not make them available on PC?
