But if I personally were to give an average
If the dev himself has salary based on the performance of a game (unlikely but work with me here)
Then it'd be no more than 20

If you assets sell then hey you can pay your employees more depending on your company policy and what not
If your assets dip then you gotta cut a few people or corners and stuff like that

Now of course, the smaller you get the bigger your number gets and the more likeihood that hey I literally need game copies to sell so I can pay people

Falcom is a cool example of this given they have like 60-80 employees

Vs say Team Asano's team at Square

You also could offer incentives for digital only by keeping that price lower too

That's a good point- every studio has its own deals

Dev to publisher to distributor- its a real head ache lol

Like if a company outs something out through Square, and Square put that out through Sony or multiplatform that's a maze of deals going on there.

aIways good to see voice actors reprising their roIes

tbh the fact that both Sony and Nintendo just openIy put their games at $70 means everyone is gonna do it no questions asked

it's gonna become the new $60 standard
whether the game deserves that price tag or not
