this kinda illustrates the problem with the flash, or at least, the problem they're running into with these various adaptations. you think of superman and he's got his lex luthor, his braniac, his darkseid, etc. batman's got the joker, mr. freeze, penguin, and so many others
but despite flash having a rogues gallery literally referred to as "the rogues" he doesn't really have a good archenemy that comes to mind outside of reverse flash
