Lillelaps 0 Posted November 15, 2020 I figured it was just some power of friendship nonsense that allowed Sora to help Kairi. Sora is in Quadratum, and Xehanort is clearly aware of the fictional unreality, he lectures 5y old Kairi about it and they later state explicitly that he has been aware for quite some time. When Sora helps Kairi, his voice can't reach them because of how far away from their reality he is. Xehanort is just saying that he's now sure that's where he is.
