Honestly, I was thinking about the context and a good explanation (Hirokey(?)) someone made of the ending and theories from UX and there was a thought that came to mind:

If there are indeed parallel realities like Yozora's world (fictional or straight up alternate), would one possibly be a timeline that follows a similar set up to being a remake but has some twists to it like FF7R does? Like an alternate timeline that starts off with KH as normal but begins to have small changes here and there. (I.E. Deep Jungle getting replaced)

Oh no, I agree. It was just a thought that came to mind given that a remake of KH1 could totally happen given that the series' anniversary is soon... But doubt it'd be a remake and instead be a new game.

 

 

Thinking the next game will be either Riku-focused or Yozora-focused given the set up. We also have Kairi training under Aqua which has interesting stuff to come from that if it pays off.

 

 

I have a feeling the implication of Quadratum may lead into other worlds or alternate realities like it that play off of Nomura's unrealized ideas.

 

 

On one final note, interesting how Mickey is going to Scala Ad Caelum... that certainly has some interesting connotations.

its gonna be Riku going throughout Quad which will be bigger then what we saw in Re:Mind. Also this is what I kinda saw coming where riku or sora going to this city and when they come back luxu and the other LM`s are gonna be doing there thing. Once riku and sora come back its like a time skip of 1 - 2 years at least. We will see MOM in the Mid game probably warning them of whats to come in there reality. this is mostly all guesses tbh, but I can see most of this happening.

I see it like Verum Rex is still just a video game.... Yozora is still just a video game character..... but it has its own universe where the videogame is real. But that’s just how I interpreted it, so I could be wrong ....

But it gets weird cuz wouldn’t Winnie the Pooh count as being in a Fictional Universe, too????||

Honestly it would be more forgivable, and honestly better say had Sora say something about lending strength, magic light thing appears and suddenly Kairi is op and can fight Xehanort... Or just have her fight him outright without any help.
