You keep everything you had

All you weapons, skills and so on

So just start on chapter 1 and you can go through it all like a normal playthrough

Only issue is

When you wanna do stuff like the colosseum, you have to do all the story stuff first before you get to the actual thing you wanna do

So it could take like an hour or so

Depending on how you play

I am almost able to fight the last summon

Just need to max out one more materia
