what was the purpose of the final minute where

the movie showed a bunch of sephiroth stuff?

I think that was to show the

future of what Sephiroth is gonna do

 

It's also

Cloud's fear being showed, with him killing everyone

yes that's what I thought too. but why would the movie do that? is it unexplained for now? or is it just another one of

clouds visions

I think that was a mix of them

The

VR showed the future, most likely because of the clothed man but some of Clouds weird visions came in too

yeah. also if I remember correctly.

The robed man that somehow was connected to sephiroth in the final chapters was the same as the one who lived next to cloud in sector 7 right? number 2 if i remember correctly.

There were two of those shown

 

One with Tifa in Cloud's room and the second with Aerith in the childrens playground

 

I think the one falling down from the building is the

Aerith one, and the other we saw is the Tifa one

Right. There was a brief flash when

cloud looked at sephiroth on the shinra HQ rooftop. I just thought i recognized the number

I'm watching a let's play of the original now. Just caught up with the story of the remake. I'm excited to learn all of the original story ?

FF7R really took what good they already had and made it soo much better. There's like only one scene that I preferred in the original

when they all get imprisoned in shinra HQ and manage to get out only to find a blood covered HQ and the president dead with a sword in his back. it's much much more mysterious and shocking.

One more tiny thing I liked in the og too

the relationship between Barret and Red

 

I felt like they started that relationship better in the og

Also, this means you saw what happened to Jessie, Wedge and Briggs haha

I remember me and my brother renting advent children as kids without any knowledge of anything. we just recognized final fantasy from kingdom hearts lol

oh yeah we watched with our parents. they hated it for obvious reasons

and we didn't understand anything but the fights were cool so 10/10
