Multifridgeman 1 Posted November 23, 2010 And, apart from noticing that Terra was standing on what looked a lot like the remains of the Land of Departure (it disappears as well), I noticed that each character picks up the Keyblade that seemingly reflects their fate. Terra picks up the Kingdom Key, which was originally meant to be inherited by Riku. Aqua picks up Kingdom Key D, which is the Dark Realm's Keyblade. Ventus picks up Way to the Dawn, which is a Keyblade of both Light and Dark/In-between. Ven=Roxas=Nobody=In-between. Only Nomura could pull off putting a game's full ending in the teaser trailer. Rob 5,571 Posted November 23, 2010 Also how about Terra picks up the kingdom key, which means he ends up in the realm of light. Aqua picks up Kingdom Key D, which means she ends up in the realm of darkness. Ven picks up Way to Dawn, which is light and dark: Ven=light, Vanitas=Darkness. heartless101 83 Posted November 23, 2010 Interesting. I noticed it, but it never really made sense to me until now that I think about it. Nice observations
Keyblader 325 Posted November 23, 2010 Oh, that explains it, so that's why those where there, because normally none of those Keyblades existed at that time, but now it all makes sense! Thank you for clearing this up for me. However, if the Keyblades they picked up represented what realm they were in, then technically the Way to Dawn Keyblade should represent the Realm Inbetween (that's probably not the official name) which is where CO is. Sir Adamus 1 Posted November 23, 2010 there is another thing on the actual game that dont wear capes That's more to do with frame rate issues than anything else.
MasterXemnas 2,285 Posted November 23, 2010 there is another thing on the actual game that dont wear capes There are a lot of little things like that, but were not talking about those. Were talking about this.
Crimson 14 Posted November 23, 2010 Ahh yeah I always figured the three keyblades in that video had some deeper meaning, now it all makes sense!
Wolf on the Run 391 Posted November 23, 2010 owe i know the reason for that orginanlly bbs was planned to be based after sora's time and stuff like that but nomura decieded it would be a better idea that bbs was more of an oragin game for xahonart and all that stuff
Reversal 53 Posted November 23, 2010 owe i know the reason for that orginanlly bbs was planned to be based after sora's time and stuff like that but nomura decieded it would be a better idea that bbs was more of an oragin game for xahonart and all that stuff Nah, it was always intended to show what traditional Keyblade wielders were like before the universe was thrown into chaos, as well as establishing the who-what-when-where-why everything that happened in KH1 and onwards happened.
