From what I've understood from other people, Roxas and Xion won't be coming back for certain reasons:

 

 

In the Secret Ending of Birth By Sleep, it shows Roxas, Axel, Xion, Ventus, and Terra, and all of them (Except for Axel) say Sora. Aqua says Sora afterwards, indicating that she has the same connection as everyone else show. That connection is that they have some sort of 'torment' that needs dealing with. Roxas wants to remember Xion apparently.

 

(Even though he doesn't remember her in the first place, it is just something missing, and he couldn't be able to come back because he is part of Sora, so if he did, Sora would get f***ed up.)

 

Xion's torment is that she want's to be remembered, she couldn't come back either because she is a part of Sora as well, and if you took her away, Sora would get even more f***ed up. So those two are out of the picture.

 

 

I would be pretty sure that Axel will come back, Nomura has confirmed it I believe in some Re:Coded interviews, he has also said that how he will be saved might be different than everyone else, but that is not the actual issue in this topic.

 

I would like to have basically all the Nobody's Somebody's return, however, if that doesn't happen, then there are a few we can actually expect.

 

Xigbar for one, I'm pretty sure we can expect Braig's return, after all, he was in cohorts with MX during BBS, so I would expect it.

 

We probably could expect the the rest of the first six members of the Organization back, but that's up for speculation.

 

We probably could expect Saix to come back as his Somebody Isa, but we shall see.

Well, I'd doubt that all of them will return, I am hoping to see Marluxia, Larxene, Luxord, Lexeause, and Demyx, and possibly Braig's return. It would be nice to see their former slelves return, especially Demyx's .

anyway, back on topic, i would expect the original six, especially braig, to come back, if anyone. for who i would want to come back, i would want axel back for sure, maybe demyx, just to see what his somebody would be like, and maybe some others.

I would like to see all of them to come back. I thought that all the somebodies that we saw (Xehanort, Braig, Dilian, Even Aeleus, Ienzo, Isa, and Lea) and I would also like to see Marluxia's, Deymx's, Larxene's, and Luxord's somebodies for obvious reasons
