Though it's already live, I'd like to share the #KingdomHearts III paid DLC “Re:Mind" teaser here.

There's footage from the new scenario and Sora fighting. We’re also preparing other features like the Limit Cut Boss, so please hang tight. I hope you're excited for it. - Nomura

I'm keeping my expectation very very low. I'm pretty nervous. Be right back when it's over.

EDIT: Well I was right to keep my expectations very low. The Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind trailer was the same one. No new scene nor any new info. Sad. HOWEVER, Final Fantasy VII Remake and Marvel/Sqaure's Avengers game stole the whole show!

Thanks for showing this to us, Leamax!

Honestly, I wasn't expecting anything out of E3. I was happy that we got the Re:Mind trailer, and I didn't really think we'd get much after that. Honestly, after all the promoting and all the work that went behind Kingdom Hearts III, this year being their off year seems right to me. A year for some breathing room before they announce the "bridge" title that comes before KHIV, which I imagine will be announced next year. And with FFVII Remake coming out next year, odds are that Nomura will probably announce Kingdom Hearts IV at E3 2020 and slate the game for a 2022 release window, just in time for the 20th anniversary of the series, ya know?

What stole the show for me was Final Fantasy VIII Remastered. We were all looking forward to Final Fantasy VII Remake and Avengers, but VIII Remastered came out of nowhere and was the punch the air moment IMO.

While this isn't part of the SE conference, I'm really excited for Mana Collection (out now!) and the new Seiken Densetsu 3 remake! Combined with FFVII-R, FFVIII, Re:Mind, Avengers, and a whole bunch of other stuff, I think it's safe to say that SE stole the show for me.

To be honest, I was unsure whether we would even get a trailer at all and not just the announcement and some details. While it isn't uncommon for DLCs to get trailers, I'm not sure how much substance this DLC will have in the end so I didn't really expect all that much. If I take that into account, we received a lot more than I thought and I wouldn't have minded if we got nothing either. I liked KH3 and it certainly can use more original content, but with how much criticism it received, it might be better not to raise unnecessary expectations once more and lay a little low with generating hype.

The way they handled it suits me rather well. The trailer is short and doesn't promise too much. From the few things we've seen, it could be a short DLC or a longer one while not making it seem bigger than it actually is. Expectations are always problematic but for KH somehow more so than with other games from my perspective, so this is a lot better than revealing too much.
