Inçendyne 31 Posted June 16, 2019 It also helps complete the dex and many of the mons are hacked. The KH fandom is looking p good right now.
Silent Multiverse 7 Posted June 16, 2019 they said going on their new policy is that they wont include many mons going on because its too much to code them all and balance the stats and all thatwhich pissed the fanbase offyah the kh fandom is looking good rn lol

Otti#8624 26 Posted June 16, 2019 Well, around when X and Y came out, they said they are 3D modelling all of them and keeping it there for future proofingAnd they haven't changed engines or anything either, as far as I knowThem not adding it in even though all the models are ready is weird
Aqua_Wren 11 Posted June 16, 2019 I strongly disagree that bringing over pokemon is only for competetive reasons.People bring over pokemon so they can have their favorites. The ones that have been with them for multiple games or a species that isn't in the region locally.
OrpheusJoshua 126 Posted June 16, 2019 I can't really blame people for being upset about it, considering the amount of time and the level of attachment they've had towards collecting. It's just hard for some newcomers to fully understand
Aqua_Wren 11 Posted June 16, 2019 That shiny pokemon you spent hours to catch.or days.or even years on and off.Yeah and, unfortunately.Every single pokemon has someone who that's their favorite. It doesn't matter which ones they cut. They will be alienating or at least seriously annoying a significant chunk of the fanbase.

Silent Multiverse 7 Posted June 16, 2019 thats what people said the only reasons they bring pokemon over was for competitive reasons and thats why they are pissed at gamefreak. Yeah i remember the whole future proofing thing. i think they realized they ran into an issue and decided on a new policy
Inçendyne 31 Posted June 16, 2019 We've got some cherished events that are nice to show off as well.
Silent Multiverse 7 Posted June 16, 2019 like some pokemon can be in one game but be in other
Aqua_Wren 11 Posted June 16, 2019 If people said the only reason people bring over pokemon between generations is for competitive reasons. People are wrong.Hm, see, I'm convinced it's more that GF has to rush this out to have their yearly game and can't really tell Nintendo no. If they had more time, they could easily have every pokemon in.They managed it with sun and moon on the 3DS and that's a significantly worse system with far less storage capacity. Silent Multiverse 7 Posted June 16, 2019 They arent blaming nintendo for rushing them outjust gamefreak
Inçendyne 31 Posted June 16, 2019 That's why I was thinking they could patch it in since there are less hardware limitations and more file space, but they intended that they have no intentions to do so.
Silent Multiverse 7 Posted June 16, 2019 its all bout the coding and plus they implied its tiring coding them in and that its alot of pokemon to code inthats why they said they are gonna take a break after swsh
Aqua_Wren 11 Posted June 16, 2019 I seriously doubt it's technical limitations of any kind. And while coding them all in would, yes, be monotonous, it's part of making a pokemon game and they've done it before.Oh well.
-Kye- 10 Posted June 16, 2019 it sucks but i mean thats not the only thing they got rid of
Inçendyne 31 Posted June 16, 2019 Given that they can bank on the nostalgia factor, they could put less effort into new material and buy time like what they did w/ the LG games.
-Kye- 10 Posted June 16, 2019 i felt megas and Zs should stay so it adds more choices and options on how you wanted to battle
