(I personally love the b/w contrast with all the blues, but that's just me.)

Ehh, I think the background is too prominent, if you get what I mean. More of the focus should be on the image. A background for this one should be cool and all, but not one of the first things I see when I look at the image. /noneofthatcameoutright

The text just doesn't fit the image. It throws the whole thing off. I think you put a lot of effort into the overall image, though~
