Hello I m new here.

 

I m just wondering what happend to ven in Castle Oblivion.

Did the organization found him in castle Oblivion.

No, they didn't find him, though it wasn't for lack of trying.

They had orders to search for the room Ven was sleeping in, but only Aqua is able to find it.

Well, Aqua was the one who created Castle Oblivion using Eraqus's keyblade. Which resulted in the creation of C.O. where the organization would use it as their second base. Aqua decided to leave Ven in the room of sleep so that nobody would find him and also to protect him. The reason Xemnas was looking for it was because it holded all the answers and he wanted to search for Ven. But nobody found it because it's pretty much like a maze, and the only person who can find Ven in C.O. is Aqua since she created C.O.

No, they didn't. Only Aqua is able to find Ven, and only Axel had been given orders to search for the Chamber of Awakening.

I'd like to know why Xemnas wanted to find the chamber of awakening.

I know, I know... "It held all the answers", but to what? How did he know who Ven was? Why did he say "Sleep has overcome you once again"? Why didn't Axel or anyone else from BBS recognise Roxas, or if they did, why didn't they say anything?

If it has anything to do with blank points or coded, don't tell me!

I'd prefer to figure it out by myself, but I'll hear any theories because I'm pulling a blank on this one.

Apprentice Xehanort recovered some memories from his previous lives as Terra and Master Xehanort in the heart experiments Ansem performed on him, and possibly because of the supposed Aqua Sentiment in the Chamber of Repose.

 

Why did he say "Sleep has overcome you once again"?

Memories from the Master Xehanort side, or maybe even the Terra side now that I think about it. He's referring to the time when Ven fell asleep in BBS, which could be when he first arrived at the Land of Departure, or when Xehanort extracted his darkness, or when he defeated Vanitas.

 

Why didn't Axel or anyone else from BBS recognise Roxas, or if they did, why didn't they say anything?

Aqua Sentiment? O.o I just thought that the armor just stirred memories within Xehanort (hence the 'old friend' thing), because her armor is shown in exactly the same position (kind of in pieces) after it was first found in Radiant Garden and 11 years later when Xemnas visited it.

Of course, apparently Xemnas recieved replies (I think ^_^; ) so maybe. However, that doesn't explain why it didn't try to attack him.
