Before the end of the year, supposedly.

 

Ahh, it's annoying that this time round dlc is *necessary* for much of the story beats, but I suppose there's nothing we can really do. I am glad that they noted the criticism they were getting and are trying to improve because of it, that's the most we could hope for.

 

However I wouldn't even think of expecting anything other than a few expository cutscenes.
