Going to have to go with the last option. I would prefer to see Marvel incorporated in the form of references or items rather than a full fledged world, but that's just me.

Outside of Big Hero 6, which technically is a Marvel franchise even if the characters are altered fairly heavily in the Disney adaptation, I don't see them really fitting in KH personally.

It might be interesting to see them try, but ultimately I don't think they would be able to create something that would live up to fans expectations or would be something that they would feel proud of in the end. It's hard to work with franchises that are about super heroes that are more based in reality than a fantasy world like Disney did with their Big Hero 6 adaptation.

I think Thor Ragnarok would be fun. Sora Donald and Goofy can crash the gummi ship into Sakaar, where they are forced to fight in the arena (Tournaments system). They stage an escape with Thor and Hulk and maybe help him defeat Hela in a cool boss fight.

None of them. Big Hero 6 worked in Kingdom Hearts 3 because it was mostly Disney and it was made by Disney Animation Studios. I don't want any live-action Marvel films made by Marvel Studios to appear in Kingdom Hearts franchise, the same with Star Wars. I let it slide for Tron and Pirates of the Caribbean because those films are mostly Disney Studios. Plus, I rather have more Pixar worlds in the Kingdom Hearts franchise and underrated Disney films as playable worlds as well. Like Treasure Planet, Princess and the Frog, Atlantis The Lost Empire, The Black Cauldron, and more.

This would probably be the correct starting point if Square were to begin the slow ascent of Marvel worlds in each mainline game. It's all set on one world (Earth), there's not too many places they have to include (pretty much just the Helicarrier and then New York) and the plot is pretty simple. Although I can imagine it'd be much harder to adapt something like Age of Ultron and Infinity War, though not impossible.

As far as Infinity War, though, you'd have to incorporate that film into basically the entire plot of the game since killing half the population of the universe would obviously include KH and other Disney characters. Thanos would technically have to be the main villain at that point and I imagine they wouldn't want to just ride on the coattails of that movie when Nomura would like to make his own plot, too. That's probably my only problem with including Marvel in KH though, as I otherwise love the crack nature of it. 

Also, I'd just love to see Nick Fury's reaction when it turns out that it's not just aliens from outer space that threaten the planet, but also cartoonish demons of darkness that want to eat hearts.

I'm 100% against any worlds in KH relating to Star Wars, Marvel, or any other franchises that were bought by Disney.  It's not originally Disney.  Not to mention that those other franchises don't have the magic of the Disney cartoons and are more violent which is out of place for the more mild/kid friendly KH games.

I actually thought this one through a bit.  I always thought avengers 1 could work.  Just replace the chutari army with a heartless army.  You could even see loki target the keyblade

Avengers Endgame. But I like to make two points.

 

1) The world would probably either be an entirely original story (like Toy Box, San Fransokyo, and Monstropolis), or about the protagonist(s) doing their own thing. 2) It is stated that only Disney originals are allowed to have worlds.

I think "Guardians of the Galaxy" is the most fitting movie for a KH game. It's light, colorful and the vibe is weird/funny so everyone would fit right in. Maybe Ego would be a nice place to visit? Asgard is also a very good fit for Kingdom Hearts I think. After seeing how epic Olympus was in KHIII, I'm sure they'd nail an Asgard world. I also LOOOOVE "Black Panther" and I would love to play in an explorable Wakanda. Sadly, the themes in Black Panther are pretty political (you know how some gamers are when it comes to politics and diversity in video games -.-) and considering diversity and racial sensitivity aren't really Square Enix's forte, I don't really think they would handle it well. So my vote goes to Guardians!
