Recoded is so fun gameplay wise that I beat it in one night, it is def one of the shorter titles, but yeah don't understand the criticism it gets, while not a necessary title, as in they could have done it differently, it did give us vital info and was just fun overall

I understand the whole, it's not important part but it did introduce elements that would become relevant in the future (datascape, book of prophesies). Also, it actually makes the Disney villains actual villains for once.

Only problem i have with recoded (at least from what i watched in 2.5) is that it's not an absolute necessity for the plot, normally you just need to know that it exists

There certainly weren't enough twists to make the story of the main worlds interesting, but I definitely liked the way they were handled by adding extra platforming
