Also isn’t there a difference between like the pure blood heartless and the artificial ones and one kind has a heart and the other doesn’t and it just steals them from people idk I might be very confused

There is a difference, I'm pretty sure pureblood are made from actual hearts, while artificial ones were created in a lab or something

Pure blood heartless do not release hearts where as emblem heartless do.

Emblem heartless are the ones created by a machine in the hidden lab in hallow bastion/radiant garden.
