Restrict the timing window for reaction commands to make them more skill based

Also add penalties for pressing triangle too early or too late

Let the player gauge the risk and make using the reaction command a more deliberate choice rather than a mechanic the player always seeks out because there’s literally no downside

But that makes it si the only skill involved with reaction command is simply being aware of them, which most players will be because the game dedicates an entire tutorial to them

Well, it's kinda like, if I'm ambushed in DARK SOULS and I know the ambush is coming, that doesn't mean they should make ambushes harder, right? Or if Limen gets an all Rainbow Excelent Triple S Rank C-C-Combo Chain they don't need to update/change the songs, that's just the player learning the song.

The number one world I want to come back is Neverland. I feel like it could really shine and be super fun to explore in the new engine. Especially if flight is involved at some point.
