Grind Wisdom in the beginning of TWTNW, where all those Shadows spawn, but make sure that you haven't gone deep into the Castle, because they turn into Nobodies instead once you have.

Yeah, Wisdom form grinding should happen BEFORE Roxas as the easiest

There's the area right outside where Donald and Gooofy are walking around and there's shadows that spawn, along with neowshadows further up - casting magnet and Thunder is the easiest way to kill em and grind

If you already have beaten Roxas tho, it's not impossible, just harder - there's several spots where there's heartless still, like in Timeless River
