Yah i've covered it in my comments. She can do it but not without paradoxes. Thats the problem with changing the past.

If you do it, then the reason you traveled back in time to change the past didn;t exist in the first place so you never time traveled in the first place. So either you will end up right back were you started prior to time traveling via spacetime correcting itself/the history of itself or you are left with a contractory history in spacetime (and no one knows what that would do to reality)

MOM knows the past and future can be changed and doesn't want it happening cos it can mess up his plan to destroy the True Darknesses

And he can't control or prevent the potential unraveling of reality/spacetime if paradoxes occurred.

It doesn’t need to ally with anyone or want to. It can possess human bodies at will and easily and without the humans even knowing it and can leave of its own will unless the human locks them inside the body. Their ultimate goal is just to destroy everything just cos they can do it in the first place going by it’s own words.

Heck it’s alliance with Mal was just to get her out of its way and ensure the future played out as foretold.

Why would darkness be an ally? There'd have to be something that it needed to oppose, presumably something that the heroes also oppose

well obviously the game isn't just going to end with defeating the true darknesses

either MoM or someone else will be the final villain

if the goal is to defeat true darkness. that doesnt neccessarily mean killing them off. Getting them to be neutral is also a form of defeat, same for becoming an ally

Kh has always focused on the light in regards to doing what is right and progressing. The original beings of light may have actually been evil *this is theorized by a lot of people.

future KH could come to a mutual understanding between light&darkness wanting to co-exist and face the future together. So in essence some darkness could end up being an ally >_>

The problem with True Darkness is they don't want to co-exist with Light.

They've made it clear.

They have no endgoal but to spread Darkness throughout existence. There is no what afterward for them.

They just want the original state of things back to how it was.

What they want and what Light wants are not compatible, never will be.

Humans can't survive in a Darkness-destroyed or ruled world (ROD) and True Darkness can't survive outside hosts period and no sane person will allow them to possess their bodies.

True Darkness is in a catch 22 scenario. Can't retain self-awareness and will outside hosts forever. Can't stay inside hosts forever unless the host is totally invulnerable to destruction/death.

Like most of the issues in KH's history is cause of Darkness. So Darkness isn't gonna have a good case made for co-existing with it.

True Darkness existence just made such a case even more difficulty given they are evil sadistic entities bent only on destroy every world they can get too along with the beings in them.

The Lesser Darknesses that can form inside people don't help either.

People will cite Riku but he was corrupted by Darkness first and is not immune now either. He's just more resistant than any other known person but he lost some of the powers he had as a result and can't use those again unless he draws more deeply on the Darkness which would open him up to corruption again.
