There are no trademarks registered for "Twilight Town" here, I've checked.

And even if there was, it wouldn't be a violation so long as you're not operating within the industries for which the trademark is registered.

Assuming Disney doesn't have a subsidiary that does plumbing, then theoretically yea

It's just a holding company. Its only purpose is to own shares in my other company.

And registering companies are a fixed price here. Around $600 one-time fee.
