I don't think it's from anywhere specifically it's probably just a render they made with the existing model.

It is just a hooded version of Xion after all.

for anyone wondering what they do, they're basically the reverse (xion) and magic (aqua) versions of the new kairi medal. so xion buffs only reverse str/def and aqua buffs only magic str/def
