SN Xion could work as well.
If you have access to Anti-Aqua, that might help b/c of her reflect mechanism.

Even the EX+ buffers for Kairi and Xion or SN KH III Sora/Riku as general buffers at the start of the keyblade would help.

Note: The first two overwrite.

if you plan to use the reflect strategy, you'll need to make sure you have as little defense as possible in order to guarantee the biggest amount of reflect damage

The reason you're doing 1 damage is because Zeus doesn't lower defense. Young xehanort (the magic one from your pics) does lower defense and would be better to have in your 1st slot (though there are better medals than him for that job)
