The power boost can make a real difference in events we'd otherwise get walled in.

It doesn't seem as much of a general buffer as Version A, though, so maybe not as crucial to get A.S.A.P.

you know what would really make a difference? if they actually told us how defense even works in this game! everything we know was figured out largely by experimentation

oh, i'm not just talking about player defense. enemy defense, too. like, we had to figure out that ground/air -60 isn't enough for higher level coliseum enemies and after that you need to start stacking str traits too

Right, since it factors actual base stats as well, so traits alone weren't sufficient enough at a certain point
