imo decals are kinda boring, i like my PSP/other consoles the colour i buy them, it looks cheaper when there's little bits of plastics on it. I'm dissapointed in that, but at least i now know the release date

The NA and EU Release dates were confirmed when the official websites went live.

 

Which was about when the game was released in Japan.
