We don't know what else he got. His own power, which is decay, has become really* strong where he doesn't need to touch anything to crumble stuff down. Shown earlier in the series during My Villain Academia and here again now. He *has All for One right now, but we don't know if he got some other quirks with it or if it's just a blank slate and he needs to go out and collect some for himself
