Yeah, this is what I think too, because when I just accept that there is a God, it just makes dwelling on such things easier. When i try to think of such things without having that concept, it becomes exponentially harder

I took a criminal law class one year and it was mad interesting

I wrote a paper about a case that I forgot what it was, it was like the fruit from the poisonous tree or something clause or whatever it is

Essentially, some cops, with no warrant, entered a woman's home without consent in search of a terrorist. Within her home, they found illegal material, really just porno books cause that was illegal or something at the time so I had to write a paper on whether or not the cops were justified or not

Positive Golden Rule could be used to justify self-defense, but then you have the can of worms that is the death penalty

From the perspective of my own beliefs and education, I've decided that there is a Deity, A God, that created existence. After that, I believe that free will was allowed on every organism that is capable of thought. Why would God make a world where everyone is just 100% perfection all the time? I don't think that makes sense.
