Perseverance was launched last year and there were some before Curiosity.

Rover is just the vehicle classification they use for them.

The nickname for the Moon Rover mentioned is VIPER.

That means Spider-man IP as a whole so comics, Sony and games

That doesn't mean they won't lend the character out

But they just want the full rights to it after it goes public domain than Disney keeping it

It could also mean that Superman and Spider-man could interact in a comic if the Ditko family allows it

Which I would firetrucking love to see, give that to Tom Taylor

Also from what I am seeing, it's not just Spider-man

Strange, captain america and a few others are on this list

But they are starting with Spider-man

From actually reading the article about the copyright problem;

Disney/Marvel are only risking losing full ownership. That means they can still use the characters, but might have to share profits from those characters with the Ditko estate.

Interestingly, the article also mentions that Jack Kirby's estate tried this exact same thing a while back, in which the suit was settled before appearing in supreme court, and Disney/Marvel got to keep the full rights.

Furthermore, it only counts for within the United States, so Marvel could still use the IP to its fullest extent outside the U.S.
