@Yolo I’ve seen the ask for feedback on your drawing. It’s cool that you’re conscious it’s not perfect, I think most of the time people don’t want to sound rude when criticizing others’ art so they don’t react at all. You’re indeed willing to improve so I’ll try as much as I can to help (considering that my skills aren’t perfect either - I’m planning on studying drawing basics all over again). I’m not sure where to start with, but I’ll try: the proportions are off, the head is too big compared to the rest of the body, I suggest that when you draw you plan the entire pose of the body before you start. Don’t start with the head and guess where the rest of the body will go afterwards. For me a good way of planning my space is to draw a frame inside the sheet itself so when I want to draw a pose, perspective or elements that go outside of the frame I can still sketch them entirely.
The second thing I have to say is that your drawing isn’t anatomically correct, you’re drawing a symbol (as Youtuber Proko would say) - what I mean by that is that you’re drawing to body according to what you think a human body looks like - arms, legs... but you’re not following the physics according to which they work. There’s indeed no miraculous solution to this except learn about human anatomy. But there’s one way of doing that in a less painful way, and if you just want to make concept art of characters and not dive into deep drawing theory, stock images of poses. Plenty of people do that now, and there’s one page (on dA and tumblr) that does that that I love and they’re called SenshiStock. You can also find websites that make it possible for you to have drawing sessions with stock imgs with a timer so you can practice sketching - and sketching quickly and smartly.

One last thing that is crucial to me when you want to draw a character is the movement. When you want to draw a human body, it’s not a stick man. No one poses like this in real life, that’s why you must think of the movement of your character’s body before even drawing it. Even in concept arts characters have a dynamic, a way of standing that doesn’t appear too stiff.
That’s the main points I think you should focus on, for the physics behind fabrics/clothes and how they interact with the body it will come after you are more comfortable with the general forms and physics of the human body. The same goes for highlighting and shadows. I mentioned a youtuber named Proko earlier: he has really helpful videos that might help you a lot in the process of improving. I hope this message has been useful to you, that it didn’t offend you in any way, and don’t hesitate to share your progress.

I wanted to add but didn’t have the space to : regarding body proportions you will indeed need to find them and learn them by heart. Know however that realistic body proportions differ from fictional ones such as in Kingdom Hearts (no shit Roz lol) or some mangas/animes where the head to body proportions for a (fictional) adult are closer to those of a (real) teen/late teen - their head appears to be bigger (or the body smaller, which is more logical since our heads don’t change size)
